The Kenosha Water Utility has three major operating locations:

Service Centre - This is the location for Administration, Customer Service, Engineering and Water Distribution and Sewer Collection Divisions. Water/Sewer bills may also be paid at this location.

Water Production Plant - This is the Water Treatment Plant and main Pumping Station. All of the Kenosha water supply is obtained from Lake Michigan.

Wastewater Treatment Plant - This is the Wastewater (Sewage) Treatment Plant. The treated wastewater is discharged to Lake Michigan and the solids are hauled to a landfill.

The Kenosha Water Utility also provides 24-hour, 7 day a week emergency service.
