If you winter in another state or are gone for extended periods of time, we have some suggestions which may make things easier for both of us. We request you notify us when you leave and return.

This is so your bills are sent to you while you are away. Notifying the Post Office is not enough as they will not automatically forward our “post card” type bills.

You need to call our office at (262)653-4300 and request the billing name and address be changed on your account. There is no charge to you for this service.

You may also sign up for automatic payment. This service is offered at no cost to our customers. A bill is still sent to you so you will know the exact amount. However, the amount is automatically deducted from the checking or savings account that you designate. The amount is taken exactly on the due date of the bill, which is 20 days after you would receive the bill. It saves you the postage and time.

Prepayment on your account.  If you use no water during a 2-month billing period, you are still subject to the base charges. These total $20.70 per 2-month period plus storm water fees. Simply call our office and they will help you determine what amount could be prepaid.
