Inside Meter and Outside Register
The outside register is a plastic box, approximatly 4" x 5" with numeric dials attached to the outside of your home.
Your meter is normally located in your basement toward the street side of the house close to the floor.
Please provide all numbers including leading and stationary zeroes. The last two numbers on the right may not agree. This is okay as the billing is based on 100 cubic feet and the last two numbers are not used.
